The Printing Methods for Corrugated Containers

  • Flexo Line

  • Flexo Process
    • This is a more advanced process that uses four color print plates. It is a little more expensive, but it produces a stronger graphic with a higher visual impact, and it allows a client to use photo quality images.
  • Flood Coated
    • This method is most commonly used for POP advertising. It allows for a corrugated container to be completely coated in color.
  • Label Laminate
    • ¬†Used for individuals looking for a low to medium quality print. Restricted to the size of a typical commercial press, generally 28” x 40”. Images can be glossy photo quality and are glued on the outer surface of the corrugated containers.
